Description
Biodegradable plastic is manufactured differently compared to normal PP/PE bags so that it can begin to break down quickly in the presence of air and sunshine. Many bioplastics made from materials such as cornstarch or PLA also require much less energy and carbon output to manufacture, and when they do break down under the right circumstances and giving out less greenhouse gas.
